To view all unread message you have received from residents, please do the following:

On a mobile device

  • Login with your property admin or staff to the Zego Admin Mobile app.
  • Select Chat from the navigation menu by clicking the Menu icon in the top-lefthand corner of the screen.
  • From the Chat home page, select "# unread messages".
  • You will see a list of the most recent unread messages on the following screen.

On desktop (

  • Go to and login with a property admin or staff user account.
  • Select Communications from the Navigation menu on the lefthand side of the screen.
  • Select Live Chat from the Communications home page.
  • On the main Chat page, from the list of conversations on the left-side of the screen select the Unread filter at the top of the list.
  • You will now see a list of unread conversations sorted by most recent.
