To view all unread message you have received from residents, please do the following:
On a mobile device
- Login with your property admin or staff to the Zego Admin Mobile app.
- Select Chat from the navigation menu by clicking the Menu icon in the top-lefthand corner of the screen.
- From the Chat home page, select "# unread messages".
- You will see a list of the most recent unread messages on the following screen.
On desktop (new.zego.io)
- Go to new.zego.io and login with a property admin or staff user account.
- Select Communications from the Navigation menu on the lefthand side of the screen.
- Select Live Chat from the Communications home page.
- On the main Chat page, from the list of conversations on the left-side of the screen select the Unread filter at the top of the list.
- You will now see a list of unread conversations sorted by most recent.
