If you are using a management or accounting software (such as Yardi, Realpage, or Resman) Zego will use that system as the master record for all users, units, and property data. This way there is never a discrepancy and you don't need to manage residents and other data in two places.

If you are ever in a situation where you don't see a user in Zego but you see them in your management/accounting software, you can re-run the sync (it typically runs every 4-6 hours depending on the integration) by following these steps:

  • Login to new.zego.io
  • Go to User Management using the nav menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Click the "sync" icon (see below). The sync can take up to half an hour to complete, depending on the software integration and the amount of property data available.
