When residents are added to Zego via the integration with your management system (e.g., Yardi, Realpage, Resman, etc) we will automatically send them emails and texts to activate their resident account.

If a resident contacts you and is requested another email or text (because they can't find the original, for example) you can resend them their activation email/text by doing the follow:

  • Using the search bar, search for the resident by name or email.
  • Click the result labeled "User Management" in the results dropdown.
  • From the user profile page, click the green "Remind Me" button on the left-side of the profile page.
