If you are an employee/staff at a property that uses Zego, you should have received an invitation to activate your account via email during your initial on-boarding.

If you haven't received that email yet or you simply can't find it, you can have it resent by contacting you primary user account (usually the primary property manager or an executive/company-level user) and ask them to send you an invitation. If you're not sure who to contact, you can reach out to our support team as well and they can re-send your activation email.
