If Zego is integrated with your current management system (e.g., Yardi, Realpage, Resman, etc) our system will automatically sync resident data from that system. This removes any need to move-in or move-out residents, as that whole process is automated.
In some instances, though, residents are prevented from being synced to Zego due to data integrity issues or conflicts. Below are some of the reasons residents might be prevented from syncing to Zego:
- The resident has no email in the PM system of record.
- The resident has no move-in/move-out or lease-start/lease-end dates (field names vary per PM system).
- The resident is in an invalid status (e.g., Under Eviction).
If you have validated that all of those requirements have been met and you still don't see the resident in Zego, please contact our support team for further assistance.
